Photobook Gift Certificates

Instructions for Use

  • During your purchase, select the gift certificate you wish. Enter the quantity of items in your shopping cart and complete the payment information.
  • Gift recipient will then enter the gift cert code under the Promo/Code Voucher section to redeem the gift.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Photobook Gift certificates do not expire.
  2. Within the next business day upon purchase, you will receive your Photobook Virtual Gift Certificate via e-mail.
  3. Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of any Photobook Gift Certificates.
  4. Gift certificate codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, Photobook Money, for additional pages, or other store accessories (e.g. slipcase, clamshell box, etc).
  5. Gift certificate codes must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
  6. Gift certificate codes cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
  7. Gift certificates are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
  8. Gift certiticates have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
  9. No offer substitutions or transfer rights are allowed.
  10. Please see our Return Policy. Photobook Hong Kong is not responsible for customer generated mistakes. If there is a production/book issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund.
  11. Photobook reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at anytime.
  12. Not all offers or products are available on all platforms.
  13. Offer is valid for only residents within Hong Kong.
